Sorry, it's been several years since I have smoked. However, if you are on windstar, unless you are a slug, you will never miss it! They will figure out your "drink of choice" early, and will follow you with it! Not to mention the food ! Damn, I am jealous of you ! If you go windstar, be sure to say hello to : Nash, and Allen!

I do not suggest you take Marijuana anywhere with you in a foreign country (unless it is Amsterdam). You are always subject to the local laws and if the cruise linbe officials catch wyou with it on board and they allowed to turn you over to authorities in the next port.
Buying and using drugs in any foreign country is very risky - in most cases the tolerance is even less than it is in the US, and imagine the expense of having to defend yourself legally while detained 5000 miles from home?
I definitely recommend against it.
Also - don't you think it is a little risky posting an email address and telling the public you love to buy and use an illegal substance? One of our board monitors is an ex-Florida policeman, fer pete's sake.
I am the editor, but I also speculate, ask questions and play devil's advocate. I reserve the right to change my mind.
Actually Paul I am retired from South Carolina but did also work in Calif for 5 years and spent a year with the group that eventually became named the US Drug Enforcement Agency. Is there any more proof that drugs have an effect on one's intelligence than these posts. <VBG> As Paul stated, drug enforcement in other nations is hit and miss but understand that tourists are often the 'hits' and fines and jail are often the result. I mean VERY heavy fines as well and the jails, well, let's just say you have never seen anything like them and you need to pray you never do. There is a very large prison right downtown Papeeta and I would not even want to walk in there with an escort and I'm no slouch! <G>
I know a friend who traveled to Bora Bora and he said they have pretty harsh drug laws there. Anyway there are tons of countries who are more tolerant when it comes to drugs from what i know. drug treatment center
