So tonight for the last hour or so, any time I try to go into a thread, I get a HTTP 500 error.
Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving safe in cabin. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Happens on every thread.

I cannot get in here with Internet Explorer .However ,I can get in with Google Chrome.
I wasn't able to use either lastnight. I could post a new thread, but could not read any. Oh well, seems to have cleared up today, so we shall see.

There was and will be board maintenance going on in the next few weeks. This is probably what the problem was and I apologize for the inconvenience.
Henry, your issue about not being able to access the site using IE isn't due to any board problems or maintenance and if you ended up at some other site requesting money I would scan your system for virus' and malware.

Had the problem last night and today, it is luck of the draw whether I can open a thread or not but I figured there was probably maintenance so no worries, just annoyance,

I have found that I get the HTTP 500 error when accessing all threads when I am VPN'd to corporate network. When I connect directly, I don't have the issue. This is a new problem; yesterday was first occurence. It was strange that I could open all forums and post but could not even read what I posted. I am hoping this is a temporary problem.
