Default Princess "Smart Casual" - Hawaiian shirts OK?

My husband bought two new rayon Hawaiian shirts for the cruise to Mexico on Princess and seemed distressed when I told him they might not be appropriate for the dining room. Thoughts? These aren't Tommy Bahamas - we are talking full on surf boards, palm trees and woodys.

dh will be fine in his hawaiian shirts. pair them up with a nice pair of docker type pants, especially on deck party/island night.

I have always found that lots of men, other than, of course, formal and semi formal night, love wearing Hawaiin prints shirts..So appropriate on a tropical cruise!
