If you know anything about aged basalmic vinegar you know it costs about $10/ounce, so you may have $10 worth on that plate. It is delicious. This food is to die for....

Just what I need when I wake in the morning......photos of Seabourn food! Do you know I am already thinking about my breakfasts for my next cruise and I still have 221 days to wait! ( swedish pancakes....lamb chops)
The worst part of arriving home after a Seabourn cruise, is no matter how long you sit at the table, no one brings food to you! I hate that!!

That article is by our culinary editor, Janice Wald henderson - she is the Los Angeles editor for Bon Apetit magazine.

She really knows gourmet food and the descriptions are too yummy for words.

She knows almost every chef of renown in the world, she is amazing.
