While they obviously have similar menus, each meal, ship, and itinerary is going to be different. Often they'll cater the menu to the area being cruised or based on the majority of nationalities on the cruise.
What specifically are you wondering about? I'm sure there's enough Princess cruisers on here they will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
But if you want to just look at a sample menu, I agree with trackypup in that you can just google it to see what you can find.
