Just terribly overpriced for the money. Oceania is a far better deal. This line is a cult. I may be the only curmudgeon here. If you expect to get really first class service, forget it.

You are in the majority. I did not like the pared down wine list, inability to get specisl orders easily. No lobster, no oysters. Excused for why they were not avaikable. Small rooms. Unenforced no smokin g policy, etc. etc. Very good food and dining service. Simply not worth the price. ALF
Thank you. I will say that when it comes to wine, some of the other luxury cruise lines really put their focus there. Silversea comes to mind, and they have vintages included in the cruise fare. Special varieties are also always available for a price.

Now that I have sailed on Crystal I have to say I find it hard to believe anyone could not get a special food order.
We were allowed to order from ANY specialty restaurant menu onboard any night of the week and we could have it in our cabins, I had lobster at least four times on my 16-day cruise. I was told that if I wanted anything special all I had to do was give them 24-hours notice, and I was never disappointed when I asked for anything.
Our butler was amazing. he took great care of us.
