I was wondering how hard or easy it is to get a job in the shore excursions department.
I've worked overseas in hospitality, have a university degree, completing a certificate in tourism, currently work in a travel company and speak Russian.
What are the hours like for this role and is everyone on board during port days or do you get to learn the product by going on the tours?
I want to start a contract in December, I can't go any earlier and would prefer not to go later - when do I apply???
Does anybody know any real recruiters that are Australian based? I've had a look on cruise line websites but they never seem to have a lot of jobs going and I can't imagine someone like RCCL only needing to hire 20 staff at any one time.
