I have just accepted for Youth Staff position in RCI. And I am waiting for my contact! :)

I want to ask if you know anything about the conditions of this job?

How often can you go out in the ports?
What is the salary? Do you get tips?
How is the cabin and foods?

I just wrote a post asking the same questions as you! I've accepted a position on Oasis of the Seas as a member of the youth staff. I fly from the UK to Miami in a few days, and am quite worried as I've not been told much about what to expect. I've not had a contract either. So have you started work there yet? Any help you can give me, I'd really appreciate. Thanks very much from Charlotte.

I am sorry that I am replying late I have just missed it!! I am still waiting for my contract :/ So how is it really to work for Royal Caribbean as a youth staff? I am hoping to get my contract soon!! If u have time can you tell me a little bit of your experience so far?

I am very interested in becoming part of the Youth Staff and am happy to find people who have been accepted! May I ask, how many years of experience do you guys have working with children? Education/Major?
