Not only chilly in Philly....it's very cold in Toronto. My legs froze on the walk down to the office from the train station. But hey, I can use the exercise.
In store for a very busy day at work, so I best be getting at it.
16 here at the moment, and my world looks much like Donna's. I spent over 2 hours outside shoveling yesterday. I'm very sore today. I see that I have more to remove at the ends of the drive way, all the heavy stuff that the snow plow has left.
Off to work soon, then back home to accomplish as much as I can.
Good morning all the lonley CM's that are not cruising this week.
This morning the temp is 53 degrees. at last some cooler weather.
Now it is beginging to feel like winter in Florida.
I have a short list for Christmas gifts this year.
Not much to do, the family will be other places for the holidays.
Have a nice day

Morning All, from a "picture postcard" wintery Montreal! All in all we got about 30 cms, with a few more still falling today. The city plow never showed up till 7:30 pm so there was a lot of action on our little circle, with all the neighbours out trying to dig out all the cars that got stuck there yesterday, so the plow could get through. Even the plow was getting stuck on the ice!
Life gets back to normal today, despite the snow, everything is open, so I'm off to work. Time to haul out the "heavy artillery", snowpants and big boots so I don't freeze trecking to and from the train. It's -8 with a -15 windchill this morning, so I plan to be prepared!
Good morning from central Texas where it is a cool 30 something. We have sunshine, so it should warm up soon.
I am not working today, but I might wish I was with all the things I have to do. I have mail order boxes everywhere it seems, that need to be unboxed and wrapped and put under the tree.
Did anyone see Monday Night Football last night? What a great game that was. Very exciting.
I wish I had some of the snow that is being reported here. I love the white stuff.
I also have a recommended book for all of you to read. I just finished Natale Holloway's mom new book. Wow it was very powerful.
It was a FREEZING 32 degrees in Baton Rouge this morning! I just can't tolerate the bone-chilling, humidity-ladened cold. We are supposed to warm up in the mid 60's, but that breeze off of the Mississippi River just cuts like a knife!
I need a tropical escape!

Not much happening today.....just staying dry.......
It is midnight Tuesday night/Wednesday morning here in Tokyo. Weather has been beautiful with highs in the 50s. I have a meeting in the morning and then am off to Los Angeles to see my family. It will be my first time to see them since leaving for Japan.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday; it was a wonderful day here.

We are thinking 2011 but my assignment may end as early as fall of 2008. If that is the case, we might try to get an assignment in Germany.

Good afternoon all from sunny warm Florida. It didn't cool down near as much as I thought it would, but the humidity level has gone way down, and that makes it perfect!
Been out doing a little Christmas shopping and poking around at the stores. Trip would have had a ball. :-)
Judy, I hope you get some relief from your tummy problems soon.
I missed everyone in chat last night. My internet service was down.
A little aerobics in the pool later with the ladies, and then we'll enjoy our wine and cheese party. :-)
Good afternoon everybody. Spent this am in the attorney's office looking at my medical records. OMG! No exaggeration!!! The stack is 9 inches high. Discovered I had more breaks than I thought. 5 breaks in the neck, 5 in the back. No wonder I still hurt!
