Of course I didn't figure in our "non stop roadwork" (that for some reason NEVER seems to get finished
) or the mystery traffic jams that always pop up at I45/I610 (north side), I45/I10, I45/Us59, I45/I610 (south side), the mystery slowdown around NASA, and then of course the crawling down on the island itself. And those are during non rush hour times.
